My Mission Statement! My Passion!

My Mission!

Treat all people with respect, dignity and fairness.

Systematic training of employees is a cornerstone of success.  It is management's responsibility to carry out meticulous training.

Continuous study and research is necessary to maintain the position as an internationally recognized authority in all matters pertaining to credit and collections, whether it be in consumer, commercial, industrial or government situations.

To counsel clients in an enthusiastic  positive manner toward the solution of a problem or a procedure, that will benefit all concerned.

To see that consumers are taught how to budget their resources to prevent Bankruptcy and to get from their resources the things they believe are important.

My Passion!

To maximize the use of credit to enhance the high standard of living that is enjoyed in Canada and the United States.

Credit is the most important tool in the economic growth of providing consumer products to the average individual.  Credit must be administered to all to maximize the benefits with the least risk.

Only with the prudent use of the potential on one side and the sound credit risk procedures on the other side, can everyone (the consumer, distributor, manufacturer, and financier) reap the full power of credit.

Few consumers or companies would be able to purchase anything without the use of credit.

At the end of the day to be able to say "Justice has been served".
